5 years at Intel R&D group, developing three generations of Intel CPUs
Mainstream work was of a Circuit Design Engineer, often participated in more non-orthodox activities. Among other things I took part in:
Tool pilots – Testing new tools for the design process
Logic design efforts – Writing HDL code for other circuit designers to implement
Formal verification efforts – Testing HDL code in a unique methods
Post silicon testing activity (fault grading) – Developing test patterns for testing chips after manufacturing
Circuit synthesis – usage of automation tools for circuit design
Lynx Point test chip cross site collaboration team – be part of a specially assembled team built to push through a test chip for the chip set group

Sandy Bridge i5 silicon die

Ivy Bridge i5 silicon die

Skylake (still in development)
